Lucknow's Music in the Fields has announced the three acts that will join this August's lineup after winning the 2026 Emerging Artist Showdown.
Welland's Andy Colonico finished first after taking top spot in the fan vote. Harriston's Bernie Hale was named runner up. Toronto's Hayden Ryann rounded things out as the Field Pick.
The contest was not without controversy this year, after organizers had to relaunch the vote due to what it called "voting irregularities that compromised the integrity of the competition."
All three winners will perform on the Emerging Artist Side Stage on Friday and Saturday of the festival between headliners.
This year's lineup is headlined by Finger Eleven and Matthew Good on Friday and Koe Wetzel and Elle King on Saturday.
Festival proceeds to will go to the Unison Fund this year, in memory of James Cameron.
