Saugeen Shores Police say officers, paramedics and firefighters were called Wednesday morning to the area of Ivings Drive and Stickle Street.
Residents have been asked to avoid the area while emergency crews work at the scene.
Staff say the increase is due to "increased contingency provisions, project allowances, lifecycle replacement components, and operational improvements incorporated into the final design."
No one was hurt in the two-vehicle collision in Mount Forest Tuesday night.
