The single-vehicle collision happened on Highway 21 at Clan Gregor Square after 3 a.m. on Tuesday.
Police said motorcyclist, who was along on the bike, suffered life-threatening injuries and had to betaken to hospital by air ambulance.
Highway 21 between Mill Road and Bayfield River Road is closed with no indication of when it will be reopened.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
