A 20-year-old from Mount Forest is facing assault charges after an alleged altercation in the community.
Wellington OPP were called to a local address around 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday for a dispute that led one person to attack another.
No physical injuries were reported, police said.
Following an investigation a 20-year-old was arrested. That individual is charged with assault with a weapon, assault, and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
Police said the accused's name is not being released out of concern for their well-being.
