Owen Sound Library invites community input on technology services

The Owen Sound and North Grey Union Public Library is inviting residents to share their opinions on the library’s technology offerings as part of a province-wide program called Bridge.

This initiative collects direct feedback from library users, helping staff evaluate how well technology services are working, spot areas that need improvement, and understand what digital tools and support the community values most.

Library patrons are encouraged to share how they interact with technology at the library, whether it’s connecting to Wi-Fi, using the 3D printer, or booking a one-on-one appointment with a staff member for tech guidance.

The survey is short, taking just three to five minutes to complete, and all responses remain completely anonymous.

Throughout the month of April, members of the public are urged to participate and help shape the future of technology services at the library. Responses can be submitted online at http://www.bridgetoolkit.com/survey/osngupl.

“We are excited to offer this survey to our users and look forward to the measurable outcomes that will result from public consultation," said Dale Albrecht, Technical Services Manager at the library. "Thank you to the Toronto Public Library for the development and ongoing support of the Bridge initiative.”
