South Bruce OPP say one person has died and another was taken to hospital following a head-on collision along Hwy 21 on Tuesday evening.
Emergency services responded to the scene between Bruce Road 40 and Bruce-Saugeen Townline on Hwy 21 around 5:20 p.m.
According to a social media update from OPP Sgt. Ed Sanchuk, the collision involved a pickup truck and an SUV. The driver of the SUV was pronounced dead on the scene.
The truck driver was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.
Hwy 21 will remain closed as police continue to investigate.
