The tractor-trailer crashed on Wellington Road 9 in Mapleton Township around 9:45 a.m. on Monday.
Wellington OPP said the trailer, used to haul livestock, was empty at the time.
No injuries were reported.
A 41-year-old Wingham resident is charged with one count of careless driving and will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
