Grey Bruce OPP are thanking the public after asking for help to identify a pair of suspects in a recent shoplifting incident in Meaford.
The theft happened just after 7 p.m. last Friday at a business on Sykes Street. Police did not comment on what was taken from the store or attach an approximate dollar figure to the theft.
On Tuesday, surveillance images of a man and woman police called "persons of interest" and a white four-door sedan were released publicly by police.
Police confirmed on Tuesday at noon that the persons of interest have been identified.
