According to Environment Canada, wind chills will put the temperature between minus 30 and minus 35 throughout the day.
The temperature is expected to warm up during the afternoon, but drop off again during the evening.
The public is being encouraged to stay inside if possible. Anyone who does venture outside should bundle up, as frostbite and hypothermia are very possible in this type of weather.
