Free grief support sessions are returning to the community.
Huron Shores Hospice says its "Let’s Talk About Grief" program will resume with monthly, drop-in sessions designed to support adults coping with the loss of a loved one.
The sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space for people to listen, share experiences, and connect with others who understand the challenges of grief. Hospice officials say the informal gatherings are meant to reduce isolation and help participants feel supported at their own pace.
Upcoming sessions will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. at Kincardine United Church, located at 721 Princes Street, on Saturday, February 21, Saturday, March 14 and Saturday, April 11, 2026. The sessions are free of charge and open to all adults who have experienced loss. No registration is required, although RSVPs are appreciated.
Huron Shores Hospice says the program reflects its belief that no one should have to navigate grief alone.
More information about the Let’s Talk About Grief sessions and other support programs is available through Huron Shores Hospice. The organization provides free end-of-life care and grief-related services to residents of Saugeen Shores, Kincardine, Huron-Kinloss, and surrounding communities.
