More heavy snow possible for Midwestern Ontario

Residents of parts of Midwestern Ontario should prepare for more shovelling.

Environment Canada says yellow level snowsquall warnings have been issued for Huron and Perth Counties, which are also under a snowfall warning.

The weather agency has also issued a snowsquall warning for southern Bruce County, and a snowfall warning for northern Wellington County.

Squalls are expected from Wednesday night through Thursday, with the possibility of 20-35 centimetres of accumulation.

"Travel may be extremely hazardous. Visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times," Environment Canada said. "Road closures are possible. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions."
