Police seek driver that struck pedestrian in Walkerton

South Bruce OPP are looking for the driver of a vehicle that struck a pedestrian in Walkerton Thursday evening.

According to police, the collision occurred on November 13 around 5 p.m., in the crosswalk of Durham Street East and Elm Street.

The involved vehicle was a black SUV, which then fled the scene, turning onto Old Durham Road. The pedestrian reportedly suffered no injuries.

OPP say the driver is described as a White woman in her late 20's or early 30's, with a small build and brown hair. She had a young child in the back seat of the vehicle at the time.
