Police probing sexual assault in Goderich

Provincial police have launched an investigation after a report of a sexual assault in Goderich.

According to the Huron County OPP, it happened on November 2 between 12:25 p.m. and 1:35 p.m. on MacEwan Street, just south of Suncoast Drive East.

Few other details have been released, but police say investigators have identified a suspect vehicle in relation to the case. It is a black GMC 1500 model, possibly a 2014-2018. The suspect is a man who is likely around 60-years-old. He was clean shaven, had a medium build, and was wearing a jean jacket and jeans. He was also wearing a hat.

Police are hoping the public can help identify the vehicle and the suspect, who remains at large.
