According to police, Gavin Toma last made contact with his family in July. He is known to frequent Listowel, Wingham, Stratford, St Marys, and Kitchener.
Toma is described as 5'9" with a slim build, light brown hair, and green eyes. He also tattoos on his forearm, wrist, and shoulder.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact OPP.
