Residents of Grey Highlands are invited to take part in an open Town Hall Forum on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the Flesherton Kinplex.
The event is designed as an informal public open house, offering residents the opportunity to speak directly to members of council on a variety of topics. While no decisions or debates are held during the meeting, and no formal minutes are taken, councillors will be present to listen to community concerns and ideas.
According to the municipality, the goal of the Town Hall Forum is to “seek and share information and invite public input into the municipal government process.” By hearing directly from residents, Grey Highlands aims to better understand the needs and priorities of the community.
Grey Highlands is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe space where participants can express their opinions freely. Anyone who does not follow these expectations may be asked to remove themselves from the engagement process.
Residents can also learn more about the Municipality’s R Zone policy, which promotes a positive and supportive environment for all public interactions.
Council will begin the evening with a welcome and introductions, followed by the open public input session.
