A two-vehicle crash in Bruce County has sent one person to hospital with what police are calling "life threatening" injuries.
According to the OPP Communications account on "X", formerly Twitter, police and other first responders responded to a two vehicle crash just after 8:30 p.m. on Monday night.
The crash involved a pick-up truck hauling a trailer and a tractor and occurred on Bruce Road 1 near Kairshea Avenue just outside of Lucknow. Bruce Road 1 remains closed between Bruce Road 6 and Grey Ox Avenue.
One person was taken to a local hospital and then to a London trauma centre via Ornge Ambulance with life threatening injuries.
Police are asking drivers to avoid the area and plan alternate driving routes as they investigate the crash.
