Community Living North Perth is encouraging the community to join them for a fundraiser for its Bring Us Home Housing Campaign.
The event will be on Thursday, October 30 at the Listowel Golf Club, and it will be called The Power of a Place to Call Home – An Evening of Building Futures.
This event will celebrate a major milestone for the Bring Us Home Housing Campaign, which was the donation of land from the Municipality of North Perth on Main Street in Listowel for an eventual 15-unit supportive housing build.
Community Living North Perth supports adults with developmental disabilities in the area. Currently, there are 47 such adults waiting for a home in North Perth.
The evening will feature keynote speakers Leah and Sarah den Bok, known for their internationally acclaimed Humanizing the Homeless project, along with games, prizes, food, and community connection.

"With the Municipality’s land donation and the community’s support, we have a real opportunity to move people closer to the safety and inclusion they deserve. Bring Us Home is about more than housing – it’s about creating spaces where people can live with purpose and connection.
