Huron County OPP currently have withdrawn an increased police presence at an apartment complex in Exeter.
Police say they responded at 6:33 a.m. on Monday morning to an apartment complex on Sanders Street East for a report of an individual in crisis.
The OPP has asked residents within the apartment building to remain in their homes until the incident was resolved.
It was confirmed via the OPP West Region account on "X", formerly Twitter, just after 12:30 p.m. Monday that one person was taken into custody without incident and no one was injured.
Police say there was no threat to public safety.
