Hanover police have arrested a 32-year-old man following a "stranger-on-stranger" stalking investigation involving a teenage girl.
According to Police Chief Christopher Knoll, the teen was repeatedly followed and watched at multiple locations in the community by a man she did not know. Investigators were able to identify and arrest the suspect without incident.
He has been charged with criminal harassment and breach of probation, and was remanded into custody following a bail hearing.
