Hanover launches business retention and expansion study

The Town of Hanover is asking the business community to take part in a study designed to foster a thriving economic environment.

The 2025 Business Retention and Expansion study is now live, with flexible participation options to ensure anyone can take part.

The Town says this study aims to understand the needs, concerns, and opportunities of local businesses by keeping all responses confidential. Through both interviews and surveys, town staff will gather information to "help develop strategic action plans tailored to support business growth and address challenges."

In the final community report, all data will be presented only as percentages or averages, ensuring that no individual business can be identified.

The Town previously ran studies in 2015 and 2021.

Those that want to participate can book an interview with April Marshall, Economic Development Manager, at this link. Businesses can also find the online survey here.
