Canadian Blood Services will be coming to host another blood donation event in Mount Forest in June.
On Tuesday, June 3, the Mount Forest Recreation Complex will welcome blood and plasma donors to donate toward the ever critical need for blood and plasma across Canada. The event will run from 2-7 p.m.
Canadian Blood Services shares in a media release that the organization has a bold new goal to help meet ever increasing needs: 1 million new donors over the next 5 years.
According to CBS, only 2 per cent of eligible people in Canada donate blood.
