The 35th Conservation raised more than $30,000 to support local projects.
Bidding kicked off on Monday, May 12 and finished on Thursday, May 15.
This year, the auction changed to an online format and ran for four days instead of an in-person single evening event.
A news release said the early estimated proceeds are based on bids, donations and ticket sales for the 50-50 raffle.
Conservation Auction Committee Chair Chris Keller said the community was generous.
"We give our heartfelt thanks to our generous local businesses, sponsors, donors, bidders and volunteers. You have made a positive difference for your community and we can't thank you enough," he said.
The net profits are split evenly between the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Foundation and the Exeter Lions Club.
The money will go towards needed initiatives, such as parks and trails, conservation areas, outdoor recreation events, experiences for youth and families, conservation education and job and education opportunities for youth.
Since the auction started in 1990 it has raised more that $1.42 million.
Successful bidders can pick up their items at the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Foundation office, East of Exeter at 71108 Morrison Line by May 30.
