Minto ready to bring back farmers' market for the summer

The Minto Farmers' Market will return for the summer in 2025.

A press release from the Town of Minto shares that the now annual farmers' market will debut on Saturday, June 7 from 9am-12pm at the Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum.

The farmers' market will continue to run every Saturday until September 27. There will also be a bi-weekly breakfast starting on June 14.

Many different events will be held at the farmers' market throughout the season, including the Strawberry Social, a Family Day, Library Day, and Fall Fun Day. There will also be a celebration on Food Day Canada on August 2.

"We’re thrilled to welcome the community back to the market for another exciting season," says Market Manager, Erin Raftis. "Shopping at the Minto Farmers’ Market makes supporting local and Canadian easier than ever. With one quick stop, a variety of friendly-faces are ready to greet you and provide you with delicious produce, treats, and more."
