The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police say a man reported missing after their abandoned car was found in a ditch near Arthur has been located.

The car was sitting near the corner of Line 4 and East-West Luther Townline, south of Luther Marsh Wildlife Management Area, for two days before a caller reported it on May 12, just after 5 p.m.

OPP learned the car belongs to a 25-year-old named Matthew, from the Freelton area, who was reported missing by his mother on May 10.

A police search was launched and Matthew was found on Tuesday. Police are thanking the public for its help.
