Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) has alerted the community to several new measles exposure.
The Health Unit said the first exposure occurred at the Clinton Public Hospital's Emergency Department waiting room on Thursday, May 8.
Anyone who was there between 4:45 and 7:15 p.m. needs to monitor for measles signs and symptoms for 21 days after exposure.
There was also a pair of exposures at the emergency department waiting room for the Stratford General Hospital last week.
The first spanned from 9:39 p.m. on Monday, May 5, to 2:10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 6.
The second occurred Wednesday, May 7, from 2:40 to 7:00 p.m.
While the Health Unit completes HPPH completes case management and contact tracing for confirmed cases of measles, if it cannot reach everyone who was exposed, the public is notified of the possible community exposure.
