Over $30 million raised for Stratford General Hospital Foundation campaign

The Stratford General Hospital Foundation has announced that it has raised over $30 million for a critical campaign.

The In Our Hands Capital Campaign began quietly fundraising in 2015 and was officially announced in 2022. The money raised has enabled the foundation to make massive and key upgrades throughout the Stratford General Hospital.

That includes the creation of a new cancer and medical care clinic with a co-located pharmacy, to the purchase of essential medical equipment and investments in staff training.

There were also investments made in laboratory upgrades, as well as transformative initiatives for mental health and dementia care.

In total, more than 27,000 gifts were made by over 7,500 donors to the campaign, which has raised $31,428,674.40 in cash and pledges.
