Suspicious fire in Huron-Kinloss under investigation

South Bruce OPP are investigating what police are deeming a "suspicious fire" that occurred in Huron-Kinloss.

On April 3 at 10:16 p.m., police, the Lucknow Fire Department, and the Kincardine Fire Department responded to a fire at a residential property along Bruce Road 86.

A portion of Bruce Road 86 was closed as crews responded.

The OPP Crime Unit and the OPP Forensic Identification Services (FIS) attended the scene to assist with the investigation as fire officials deemed the fire to be suspicious.

There were no injuries as a result of the fire. Damage estimates are unknown. The South Bruce OPP is requesting anyone with information to call them or Crime Stoppers.
