Clinton will be without its emergency department on Saturday due to staffing shortages.
The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) said it will close the ED at the Clinton Public Hospital site on February 15.
Regular hours of operation, (from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) will resume on Sunday, February 16.
HPHA says anyone requiring immediate medical attention should call 911. Paramedics will reroute to the nearest available emergency department.
The closest 24-hour emergency departments to Clinton are Seaforth, Goderich, Exeter and Wingham.
