Grey County residents are invited to join Linda Scott Swanston, Climate Change Initiatives Manager, for an important discussion on how the region’s climate is changing and what steps can be taken to address its impact.
The event takes place at the Owen Sound and North Grey Union Public Library on Wednesday, February 5, at 1 p.m.
Organized by the Grey County Climate Team, the session will explore local climate challenges, community-led solutions, and practical ways for residents to make their homes and neighborhoods more resilient to climate change.
“Grey County is committed to taking bold climate action to protect our residents from the worst impacts of our changing climate and to help build a sustainable future for everyone,” said Scott Swanston. “But we can only reach our targets with the active participation of our local communities and businesses.”
The event is free to attend, though registration is recommended. To sign up or get more information, call 519-376-6623 x 3 or email info@library.osngupl.ca.
