A 27-year-old woman is facing an impaired driving charge after a weekend crash in the Municipality of Brockton.
South Bruce OPP were called to the two-vehicle crash on Bruce Road 4 near Ontario Road around 6 p.m. on Saturday. When officers arrived they determined one of the drivers involved was showing signs of impairment.
That driver was arrested and taken back to the local detachment for sobriety testing. The test showed the driver had more than the legal limit of alcohol in her system, police said.
A Mount Forest woman, 27, is charged with impaired driving with more than 80mgs of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. She is scheduled to appear in Walkerton court on February 12.
No injuries were reported in relation to the crash.
