Hazards:
Locally heavy snowfall with total accumulations of 15 to 30 cm.
Peak snowfall rates of 2 to 4 cm per hour.
Reduced visibility at times in heavy snow and local blowing snow.

Timing:
This evening through Wednesday afternoon.

Discussion:
Lake effect snow off Lake Huron will become more organized this evening. Northwesterly winds gusting to 50 km/h may result in local blowing snow, predominantly for exposed areas near Lake Huron. Lake effect snow will weaken and move out of the area Wednesday afternoon.

Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.

Bruce County Public Library's Paisley Branch has received a generous donation.Paisley Branch 295 of Royal Canadian Legion has donated $2,000 to the Paisley Branch.According to the Bruce County Public Library, this money will "enrich the Paisley Branch’s offerings through the purchase of program supplies, children’s activities, and local Indigenous artwork."Last year, the Paisley Branch moved to a new fully accessible location at the Paisley Community Centre.Consisting of 17 Branches and a Bookmobile, the BCPL provides access to information, resources, and programs throughout Bruce County.
