A crash that closed Highway 23 right at the edge of Listowel has been cleared
According to 511ONWest on "X", formerly Twitter, a crash closed two lanes and the shoulder of Highway 23 southbound at Line 84 at the edge of Listowel.
That intersection falls between Listowel Technology Inc. and the Listowel Greenhouses.
