Midwestern Ontario can expect another snowy day on Tuesday.
Environment Canada replaced a snow squall watch for Huron County with a winter weather travel advisory shortly after 8 a.m.
An additional 5 to 10 centimetres of snow could fall late in the morning and early in the afternoon, according to the national weather agency.
"Travel may be hazardous due to sudden changes in the weather," Environment Canada said. "Slow down driving in slippery conditions. Watch for taillights ahead and maintain a safe following distance."
The snowy conditions have led to bus cancellations and delays and school closures in Huron-Perth. You can see if your child's bus is on the list on our closures page by clicking here.
The snow comes as residents continue to dig out from heavy snow that fell over the weekend and through the day on Monday.
More snow is expected to fall Tuesday night and throughout the day on Wednesday.
Environment Canada warns flurries will become heavy in the evening with an additional 5 centimetres possible. During the Day Wednesday, another 5 to 10 centimetres of snow could accumulate. Blowing snow will also be an issue with winds gusting up to 60 kilometres an hour.
