Georgian Bluffs is inviting residents to shape the community’s future by attending the 2025 Budget Open House next Tuesday, December 3.
The informal session will give residents a chance to review the draft 2025 budget, ask questions, and provide feedback.
The drop-in event will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Georgian Bluffs Council Chambers on Grey Road 18.
Township staff from all departments will be on hand to discuss key initiatives, answer questions, as well as listen to comments and concern.
The township plans major investments like $1.5 million for the Hard Top Surface Preservation Program, $5.6 million over three years for bridges and culverts, and $1.65 million for park and recreation improvements, some of which could benefit from grant funding.
The Open House is a critical part of the budget process, ensuring public input helps shape spending priorities before Council finalizes the budget in January.
Residents are encouraged to attend and have their say in how tax dollars are allocated to improve services, infrastructure, and quality of life.
