Georgian Bluffs' draft Strategic Plan open to comments

The Township of Georgian Bluffs has revealed its draft strategic plan for 2025 to 2030 called View from the Top.

The plan is aimed at guiding the community toward a sustainable and thriving future.

It was created with input from residents, council members, and local stakeholders, focusing on their vision of being “Deeply Rooted, Sustainably Growing.”

The plan aims to guide sustainable investment, inclusivity, environmental stewardship, and honouring the township’s rich history.

The four key pillars are: Enhancing Service Delivery, Empowering Communities, Enhancing Environment & Infrastructure, along with Workforce Development

Mayor Sue Carleton highlighted the importance of the plan, saying, “The people who call Georgian Bluffs home are what set us apart. View from the Top is your strategic plan and our commitment to residents, visitors, businesses, and communities who make this township what it is.”

The township encourages residents to review and share their thoughts on the draft plan.
