Bruce County wants residents to help determine priorities in the 2025 Levels of Service Questionnaire.
The county has begun work on its 2025 Asset Management Plan with a survey which will be available until Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
“Bruce County is committed to providing a high quality of life and exceptional services to our residents. As our community continues to grow, we must invest your tax dollars wisely to maintain and improve our infrastructure, including roads, bridges, trails, facilities, and municipal vehicles,” said Warden Chris Peabody. “Your input is crucial for Bruce County’s strategic planning and asset management.”
Residents, property owners, and businesses can share thoughts on the strengths and weaknesses of County services and give feedback on priorities for the coming years. The information will help set proposed levels of service.
“The goal of asset management is to deliver an adequate level of service in the most cost-effective manner over the long term,” added Sam Dinsmore, Director of Corporate Services. “Effective asset management can ensure that public infrastructure is managed to support the sustainable delivery of services.”
