Four County Labour Market Planning Board launch survey for employers

The Four County Labour Market Planning Board has launched the annual EmployerOne Survey.

All businesses in Huron, Perth, Bruce, and Grey counties are invited to participate in the survey, which will allow the Four County Labour Market Planning Board to gather critical data on the local workforce.

That data will help the planning board to plan for the resources needed to support the regional workforce.

"The ongoing importance of EmployerOne is the survey’s ability to collect and summarize local workforce data directly from employers and entrepreneurs. This information is crucial to local organizations engaged in workforce attraction and retention strategies, strategic planning, and other community projects requiring local labour market data," a media release from the Board said.

For more information and details of the programs and projects the survey has directly supported, visit the “Did you Know Campaign” on the EmployerOne Survey page at www.planningboard.ca/employeronesurvey.

“Data collection is an important part to the research and work we do at the board. Our staff are excited to gather the results of the survey to better serve our local workforce partners,” said Dana Soucie, Executive Director. “We thank those who participate and share the survey and look forward to hearing your feedback."
