The Grey Bruce OPP are investigating after a fishing vessel sank while floating at a local dock.
According to police, on September 5 just after 10 a.m., officers responded to a report of a fishing boat that had sunk off Government Dock Road in Northern Bruce Peninsula.
With the assistance of the Coast Guard and the Ministry of Natural Resources, police say all environmental contaminants were contained.
Investigators say that the boat had been seen floating at the dock as late as September 4 at 7:30 a.m.
Police are investigating how the vessel sank, and want anyone with any information to contact Grey Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.
