The Municipality of Brockton has officially launched the next phase of development in its East Ridge Business Park.
Phase 3 includes the availability for sale of 16 acres of fully serviced, prime industrial lots in the business park. The park is already home to a variety of commercial, retail, government, industrial and recreational uses.
The East Ridge Business Park is located at the intersection of Bruce Road 4 and Bruce Road 19, offering visibility and immediate access to key transportation routes.
The Municipality has included hydro, internet, gas, water, sanitary and a storm water management pond to ensure ease of development.
