OPP seek tips following a shots-fired incident in Puslinch

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have turned to the public for help after a home was shot at early Monday.

Officers from the Wellington County detachment responded shortly after midnight to a location on Wellington Road 36 in the Township of Puslinch. Police were told that someone had shot a firearm at the home while the residents were asleep.

There were no injuries, and police believe it was not a random incident. There is no threat to public safety.

The OPP has asked residents to check any security cameras for anything unusual between midnight and 2:30 a.m. on Monday.

Anyone with information or footage to share should call the Wellington County OPP Crime Unit at 1-888-310-1122. Anonymous tips may be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
