Rail Trail to close temporarily as repairs are done

Bruce County will be shutting down a portion of the Bruce County Rail Trail as repairs are done.

On Wednesday, August 7, the Rail Trail will close for drainage work between Bruce Road 2 and Sideroad 5 South in Walkerton. There will be no trail access for users while work is underway, and no detour will be placed during the construction period.

For your safety, the county is asking that everyone please stay off the trail while work is in progress.

Bruce County apologizes for any inconveniences that this closure may cause.
