Environment Canada has ended the severe thunderstorm warning and watches issued for southwestern Ontario Tuesday night.
The national weather agency said severe thunderstorms may move across the region during the evening and overnight hours, with wind gusts of up to 100 kilometres per hour and toonie-sized hail. However, all weather alerts were removed by 9 p.m.
Hydro One showed a few minor outages after the weather moved through the region.
Meanwhile, a heat warning remains in effect. Cooler temperatures are expected by Wednesday night.
