Wellington County Museum up for two awards

The Wellington County Museum and Archives (WCMA) was named as a finalist in two categories in Attractions Ontario's nominations for the 9th Annual Ontario’s Choice Awards.

The Ontario’s Choice Awards is unique because the winners are chosen by the people who visit and vote for them.

The WCMA is nominated in two categories:

• Top Museum/Art Gallery/Historic Site

• Top Small Museum/ Art Galleries/ Historic Sites

Residents and visitors can vote for the WCMA in both categories, once a day, until September 8.

The attraction that receives the most votes across all categories will be declared the Attraction of the Year at the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario Summit in October 2024.

People can vote daily for the WCMA daily at www.attractionsontario.ca/ontarioschoice until September 8.
