Another Pride Flag theft is under investigation in midwestern Ontario.
The Perth County OPP is investigating a theft that occurred in the Township of Perth East.
Sometime between Friday June 21 at 8:00 p.m. and Saturday June 22 at 7:00 a.m., the Canadian flag and Pride flag were stolen from the front lawn of a business on Mill Street East in the town of Milverton. The flags had been flying at half staff at the time of the theft. The Canadian flag was located a short distance away, but the Pride flag has not been recovered.
Police are requesting any information, or video surveillance in the area of Mill Street East in Milverton.
The investigation is ongoing, and updates will be provided when available.
