On a sunny morning, 1,406 customers woke up to no power.
The outage area covered Belgrave, reaching as far south as Parkhill.
The power has since been restored in most of the affected zone, according to Hydro One.
The cause of the outage has not been released.
Saugeen Fire and Emergency Services are urging anyone who witnesses any suspicious activity to report it to police.
