Saugeen Shores' council has approved repairs to shore protections at Dominion Lookout in Southampton.
The town said work will take place next to the park on the west end of Millard Boulevard.
Crews will fix erosion damage along the shoreline, including repairing and stabilizing the shore protection, re-laying brickworks, and landscaping around the Canada flag.
While the work is being completed, vehicle, bike, and pedestrian access will be restricted with the potential to be removed altogether.
The work is expected to take around six weeks. Dominion Lookout is closed and restricted access will be in place until approximately May 15.
