The Louise Marshall Hospital's emergency department will be temporarily closing overnight Friday.
The Wellington Healthcare Alliance says the closure is a result of a staffing shortage.
The ED will close at 7 p.m. and reopen on Saturday, at 7 a.m.
Anyone requiring immediate medical attention should call 9-1-1. Paramedics will take you to the next nearest Emergency Department for care.
The closest overnight hospitals include: Hanover, Walkerton, Palmerston and Listowel.
Nearby Durham no longer operates it's emergency department overnight.
