Police said in a social media post that the incident happened at a Tim Hortons just before 9 a.m. on Saturday.
OPP posted a video of the suspect on its X account.
Anyone with information about the suspect is being asked to contact Wellington OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
