Stratford Police seek suspects in $100K smash and grab

Stratford police are seeking the public's help locating four suspects who made off with $100,00 worth of jewellery in a smash and grab robbery at Paris Jewellers in the Stratford Mall on Wednesday.

Just before 6:30 p.m., four masked individuals reportedly entered store, smashed the glass cases and stole an unknown quantity of jewellery.

Staff were not injured during the robbery. Video of the robbery can be seen below.

According to Stratford Police Service, the suspects were in and out of the store in less than one minute.

They were last seen in a black four-door sedan, believed to be a Chrysler 300, headed east on Ontario Street.

All four suspects had their faces completely covered. Police say they appeared to be males of average height with slim builds, but no other descriptors can be provided.

Officials estimate the items stolen to be in excess of $100,000.
