Snowfall accumulations of 10 to 15 cm.
Low visibility in areas of heavier snow.
Difficult travel conditions due to snow covered and icy roads.

Ending late tonight.

Discussion:
Snow will become heavy at times this afternoon through tonight. The evening commute will likely be affected in the more populated areas. The snow will taper off to flurries late tonight with a risk of freezing drizzle.

Motorists should expect hazardous winter driving conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.

Some roads in Perth County are closed after a fatal collision near a conservation area outside Stratford on Friday.Stratford police announced late Friday afternoon that officers responded to the crash near Wildwood Conservation Area.Few details about the crash have been provided, but police have reported at least one casualty as a result.Police have closed Perth-Oxford Road between 15th Line and 31st Line, and Road 115 between Line 9 and Road 96.The investigation remains ongoing.Drivers are asked to avoid the area until further notice.
